Healing Through Art
Sometime words aren't enough, sometimes we don't know what we feel, and sometimes we don't want to face the truth. Art can weave itself through all of these moments, allowing you to discover something new about yourself, heal the past, and form a new identity with which to go forward.
Healing Through Art describes a tool, or method, of therapy that taps into the creative side of your mind. You do not have to feel that you are creative, rather, you create and express.
No art experience is necessary, all supplies provided.

Meditation and Visualization
Stillness does not have to be boring, idle, or frozen. Learn how to rewire your brain to reduce your stress, physical or emotional discomfort. Oftentimes, people are hesitant to try this because they feel that they will be "out of control" or that they will be "doing nothing". It is quite the opposite, you may learn to feel more in control of your life and reassess what it means to be "productive".
